Support
You can reach support one of three ways:
If it is a Priority 1 (P1) issue (systems down, etc) and you need immediate support:
- Call us: +1 (431) 430-1347
- Generally speaking a live person will pick ~18-20 hrs a day
- If they don't please leave a detailed message as it will be paged, emailed and via SMS to the on call resource and they will call back.
- Please don't forget to include numbers that you can be reached at.
If it is a P2 (4 hours):
- Same as above but please when asked at the menu prompt select P2
- Please leave a detailed message as it will be paged, emailed and via SMS to the on call resource and they will call back within the next 4 hours.
- Please don't forget to include numbers that you can be reached over the following 4 hours.

- Please don't forget to include numbers or other contact information where you can be reached over the following 4 hours.
If its a p3 (Next business day):
