You can reach support one of three ways:

If it is a Priority 1 (P1) issue (systems down, etc) and you need immediate support:

  1. Call us: +1 (431) 430-1347
    1. Generally speaking a live person will pick ~18-20 hrs a day
    2. If they don't please leave a detailed message as it will be paged, emailed and via SMS to the on call resource and they will call back.
    3. Please don't forget to include numbers that you can be reached at.

If it is a P2 (4 hours):

  1. Same as above but please when asked at the menu prompt select P2
    1. Please leave a detailed message as it will be paged, emailed and via SMS to the on call resource and they will call back within the next 4 hours.
    2. Please don't forget to include numbers that you can be reached over the following 4 hours.

    1. Please send a detailed message and we will respond within the next 4 hours.
    2. Please don't forget to include numbers or other contact information where you can be reached over the following 4 hours.

If its a p3 (Next business day):

  1. Email: support@canobiagtech.com
    1. Please send a detailed message and we will respond the next business day.
